Reliable Parts Inc. acquires Appliance Parts Company Inc. of Hawaii

SEATTLE, WA, January 31, 2007 --
     Reliable Parts, Inc. of Seattle, Washington has acquired Appliance Parts Co. Inc. of Waipahu, Hawaii, thereby expanding its business throughout Hawaii.
     Combining Appliance Parts Co.s people, facilities and material with Reliable Parts proven management model provides customers in Hawaii the high level of parts availability and service for which we're reputed on the mainland said Ann Marie Ward, VP of US Operations for Reliable.
     Reliable Parts will continue to operate both Oahu locations under the Appliance Parts Co. name; it retains all manufacturers authorizations and is substantially increasing inventory at each facility. Appliance Parts Co. customers now have access to Reliable Parts telephone call center and use of its web-based parts research, technical support and ordering systems.
