Shipping
We ship 5 days a week on the island of Oahu and to all the Neighbor Islands via: US Priority Mail, UPS and Hawaiian Air. Large items may ship by barge via Young Brothers Limited.
We would be happy to ship your items after you provide us some information:

Note: Some Neighbor Island addresses are not deliverable by certain carriers, please indicate your carrier when ordering. PO Box addresses only via US Priority Mail. Some restrictions apply to isolated ZIP codes. Same day ship via UPS when your order is placed before 3:00pm local Hawaii time.

Returns
Products/Parts will be accepted for credit, subject to the following conditions:
* Parts have not been installed and are in resalable condition.* Parts returned within the first 45 days from date of purchase will be credited at your purchase price.
* Parts returned 46-90 days from date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* No returns will be accepted on parts after 90 days from date of purchase.
* SPECIAL ORDER (Non-Stock) Parts and/or food items will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.
* Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
* Do not ship to us collect. If you do, that cost will be deducted from your credit.
* Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual basis.
